- You shall not engage in misuse, hacking, automated scraping, or any harmful activity.
- You shall not post or transmit any harmful, offensive or fraudulent content.
3. Products & Services
Pankwat offers retail sale of raw cow milk and related dairy products.
- All product information on the Site is provided for general guidance.
- Availability depends on location, route, and delivery capacity.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject orders based on feasibility.

Our website uses cookies to enhance user experience and analyse site traffic. By using the Site, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
6.1 Returns & Refunds (Perishable Products)
No returns or refunds are allowed for perishable items including:
- Raw cow milk
- Paneer
- Curd
- Cream
6.2 Returns & Refunds (Non-Perishable Products)
- We offer a 60-minute return and refund window for non-perishable items only.
- You must inform us within 60 minutes of delivery.
- Refunds are issued only after the returned item physically reaches us.
- If the product is opened, used, or damaged due to customer handling, refund may be refused.
6.3 Wrong or Damaged Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will replace it free of cost. The item must be returned by the customer.
6.4 Refund Mode & Timelines
- Refunds are made to the original payment method.
- Processing time is up to 7 days after receipt of returned goods.
- UPI refunds may not be possible; alternate refund modes may be used.
6.5 Order Cancellation
- Cancellation is allowed before payment.
- If cancelled after payment, a 3% payment processing fee will be deducted.
- If goods have already been shipped, both-way shipping charges will also be deducted.

7. Shipping / Delivery Policy
- Deliveries are made every morning and evening depending on chosen time slot.
- Milk is usually delivered within 1 to 3 hours from dispatch.
- Delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond control (heavy rain, traffic, vehicle breakdown, etc.).
- Delivery feasibility depends on route coverage and logistics capacity.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Pankwat is not responsible for delays caused by unavoidable circumstances.
- Pankwat is not liable for spoilage caused by incorrect storage after delivery.
- We are not responsible for losses caused by misuse, negligence, or third-party actions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Assam only.
