New customer? You can start through the app, WhatsApp, or phone support. The app is best for long-term use, but WhatsApp is also welcome if you need help getting started.

Option 1: Create account in the app

This is the fastest and preferred option. You can enter your address, request delivery, view bills, make payment, and manage future changes from the app.

Option 2: Send your request on WhatsApp

If you are not comfortable using the app, please send us these details on WhatsApp:

  • Full name
  • Full delivery address with landmark
  • Milk quantity required, for example 500ml, 1 litre, 1.5 litres
  • Daily or alternate-day delivery
  • Preferred delivery slot: morning or evening
  • Phone number, if different from your WhatsApp number

We will check route availability and confirm whether delivery can be started at your address.

Option 3: Call us if you need help

You may call us if the app or WhatsApp is difficult. WhatsApp is still better for address and order details because everything remains written clearly.
