Milk Products
We deliver only raw cow milk.
Raw cow milk refers to milk that comes directly from a cow's udder and has not been pasteurized or homogenized.
Our milk is delivered from Farm to Home. No third partys are involved in the delivery process. The whole supply chain is managed by us.
Our Raw Cow Milk is Free from all kinds of commonly used dangerous adulterants viz.
- External fat, starch which are used to thicken the milk
- Detergent /Shampoo which are used for emulsification of externally added fat
- Ammonium Sulphate/Sugar which are used to increase milk density
- Formalin/Caustic soda/Sodium bicarbonate/Sodium carbonate: these “neutralisers” are used to prevent curdling and increase the shelf life
- Urea, Maltodextrin, Chlorine, Hydrated lime etc.
No, we deliver only A1 milk.

We do not have indigenous cow breeds like Lakhimi, Siri, Red Assamese, Miri etc on our farm. Only high-yielding breeds.
Our cow breeds are Jersey, Sahiwal, Holstein Friesian, etc. After milking, we mix the milk and do packaging. It is not possible to make special packaging with only a particular breed of milk.
We deliver only "Raw Cow Milk". That's the only variety we have. No other animal milk
No, we do not sell any kind of milk except Raw Cow Milk.
We appreciate your thought and we highly recommend you to test our milk from time to time. The reason being, we are so confident on the quality, you will never have to look for another provider. It will create a lifelong relationship between you and us.

FSSAI stands for the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India. It is a government body responsible for ensuring that food products in India are safe for consumption. FSSAI sets standards for food safety and regulates the manufacture, storage, distribution, sale, and import of food to ensure the quality and safety of food products.
Delivery
We manually pack milk in food grade pouches, tie a knot and put a cello tape seal over the knot.
We have delivery routes which we deliver one time every day, either in the morning between 7 to 11 am or evening between 5 to 8 pm. This means some areas are covered only in the morning and some are covered only in the evening.
There are some areas like Rupnagar, Christian Basti, Panjabari, Zoo road, etc where we deliver only on alternate days.
Best is to send us your full address and we will be able to tell the approximate delivery time.
We have designed some delivery routes. The first person in the route is delivered at the beginning and the last person and the end. You will be fitted in one such route. So your preferred time may be satisfied or may not be.
No. We want to deliver all the customers with the shortest possible path. So if your preferred time is not satisfied we can NOT do special delivery even though you are ready to pay an extra amount.
E.g. Our delivery person loads 50 liters of milk for 50 customers. Your house is after the 40th customer. We can't deliver to you between the 1st to the 40th customer or between the 42-50th customer.
Our milk delivery is a monthly subscription service. The minimum quantity is 1 liter per day or 1 liter alternate day. Please do NOT come up with request to deliver half liter alternate days.
Of course yes and we encourage you to do that. During the trial period you can pay on daily basis.

Yes. However, it needs to be informed 1 day in advance.
I general NO, instead we can deliver 1 liter alternate days.
However, we can deliver half liter milk daily if we have another customer in the same floor as you.
With lift, we deliver a minimum of 1 liter to any floor.
Without a lift, we can deliver you to any floor if your intake in liters is same as the floor number. Otherwise, we do not deliver beyond the 2nd floor.
E.g. if you consume 3 liters daily, it will be delivered to your doorstep on the 3rd floor. If your consumption is 2.5l or less, we can leave the package at the security desk. However, we are not responsible for any damage/theft, etc.
Payments
You need to pay monthly bill in advance by 5th of every month. We provide you monthly billing statement on the last day of every month.
The most preferred way is to transfer to our account by UPI or online banking.
It is very important to send us a screenshot of your payment after every payment.
The reason is 100s of customers have the same bill and we can not recognize who made the payment.
Banking details are also mentioned in the monthly statement.
Yes, even though we do not encourage cash payments, we do accept for elderly people or others who are not so conversant with online banking transactions. Just pay cash to the delivery person. Make sure that you receive a cash receipt from him mentioning the amount you paid.
We stop the delivery for all customers who have not paid the monthly bill by the 5th of the Month.
First please check if your account has been debited. If not please make the monthly payment and send us a screenshot.
If you normally pay cash just let us know and make the payment the next day.
Earlier we used to collect the money after delivering for one month. 80% of our consumers pay the bill on the very first day of the next month. The other 10-15% would take a few more days. Rest odd 5% of customers who we need to keep reminding are a big headache for us. It wastes a lot of time and energy for us. So we turned prepaid.
We trust you fall in the first 80% and want good milk, so you will be more than happy to pay in advance for a month.
We will refund you the excess amount to your account or by cash based on your convenience. If you want by bank transfer please tell us the bank details like AC no, AC holder name, IFSC code of the branch, etc. Please note that we can NOT pay by UPI transaction.
Don't worry. This is very common. You have the choice to keep it as advance for next month or we will refund you the excess amount by cheque. Please note that we can NOT pay by UPI transaction.
Yes, we have a special rate for any society where milk consumption in liters is greater than or equal to 25% of the number of flats.
E.g. we have 5 consumers each consuming 2 liters daily. Total consumption is 10 liters daily
The number of apartments is 40. 25% of 40 is 10 apartments.
So these 5 consumers have special negotiated rates.
Ordering Process
To order please send us preferably a WhatsApp message or SMS or email with the following information.

WhatsApp is the most preferred mode of communication for request like
- temporary pause of delivery
- resume service after vacation
- additional item needed
- order updates (9pm deadline for morning delivery and 1pm for evening delivery)

Additionally, as a token of gratitude we offer an one time discount equivalent to 10% of the monthly bill of the referred consumer after 1 month's completion.
Troubleshooting
Please inform us immediately. We will check with other customers who were delivered before and after you. If it happens due to our mistake like late delivery we will not bill you for that day. Sometimes it happens due to the presence of detergent in the vessel. Make sure to boil the milk in a clean vessel and do not leave it unattended so that insects/lizards do not fall accidentally.
In general raw cow milk can spoil quickly in hot weather. Ensure immediate boiling after delivery.
Unless we have a situation beyond our control like a traffic jam, heavy rain, etc we are quite punctual. If it is not delivered in reasonably good time please contact us over WhatsApp or call.
I have some issue. I spoke to the delivery person. However it is still not solved. What should I do?
First of all, do not speak your issues/problem with delivery person. Contact the numbers mentioned in the contact page. Contact details are also present in all bills.
